NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The Empire Westchester Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors recently held its annual holiday celebration and installation of 2014 officers at the Glen Island Harbor Club in New Rochelle.

The 2014 Governing Board was installed including, Roseann Paggiotta (Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty) as President, Carol Dorado-Galarza (Houlihan Lawrence Inc.) – President Elect, Alicia Albano-Squitieri, (Houlihan Lawrence Inc.) VP Membership, Pat Palumbo (Houlihan Lawrence Inc.) Secretary and Evelyn Roman (William Raveis Legends Realty Group) as Treasurer.

Members thanked outgoing 2013 Governing Board members and Carol Christiansen, 2013 President. Reid Whittemore of Clancy Moving was given an award as Sponsor of the Year and Pat Cassese of Prudential Centennial Realty was named the Entrepreneur of the Year.

Paggiotta has been a national member of the Women's Council of Realtors since 2008. She served as the 2012 Treasurer of the Empire Westchester Chapter and 2013 President-Elect. In March 2013, the office of Treasurer was vacated and Paggiotta stepped in to fill in as Treasurer in addition to her duties as President-Elect.

At the 2012 Annual Meeting in Orlando, she was awarded the Women's Council of Realtors PMN designation. Roseann has been a Realtor for 17 years and is an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty's Yonkers Office. She has been awarded numerous real estate designations and is a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor.
