One Lane Closed on New Rochelle's North Avenue

Con Edison crews worked Friday afternoon to perform routine and pre-inspection work at a manhole just off North and Lawn avenues. The work caused traffic to move to one lane, creating small delays along the city's main thoroughfare. According to Con Edison, the crews will finish the work Friday.
