DANBURY, Conn. — Traffic on I-84 eastbound was congested for 2 miles between Exits 3 and 5 on Tuesday afternoon because of debris on the highway's shoulder, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.
Traffic is bumper-to-bumper Tuesday afternoon on eastbound I-84 in Danbury near Exit 4.

The roady's shoulders were closed at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, DOT said.
It could take up to four hour to clear the traffic jams and road debris, DOT said.
