The alleged repeat offender, Frank J. Chillino, was charged Friday for standing naked on his fronts steps. Chillino was arrested back in May for walking around naked at his residence on Clark Road, police said.
In both instances he was charged with public lewdness, said police.
Officers arrested Chillino on Friday after they responded to a report of a male standing fully naked on his front steps, police said.
He was taken into custody, processed, then brought to the Rockland County Correctional Center in lieu of $25,000 bail, police said.
In the prior offense on May 30, Chillino was arrested after police responded to a report of a male walking around in the nude with his genitals exposed, according to police.
Chillino is due in court Aug. 16, according to the report.
