Chef Bryan Babeu’s Northeast Smokehouse will open up shop on Boston Post Road, North Billerica, the former home of Meat Again butcher shop, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
Starting out as a food truck in 2022, the restaurant is ready to serve half and full-rack ribs, pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, pasta salad, pit beans, and more.
A post on Facebook said Northeast Smokehouse is aiming to open Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 11 a.m.
“Our business model is open to sell-out, and we will aim to be open for a lunch and dinner crowd,” the post said. “Pre orders are also always welcome if you're looking for something specific.”
Northeast Smokehouse slow cooks their meats over hardwood to give every bite “packed with flavor," it says.
"We source our ingredients from the highest quality suppliers, and make all of our sauces and rubs in-house," said on their website. "This ensures that every bite is packed with flavor, and our customers can taste the love and care that goes into every dish we serve."
