Snow Forces Half-Day Of School In Somers On Friday

SOMERS,N.Y. — The Somers Central School District has announced that due to the impending snowstorm, all schools will dismiss early Friday. The dismissal time for each school is as follows:

• Somers High School: 10:30 a.m.

• Primrose Elementary: 11 a.m. Parent pickup is at 10:50 a.m. and buses depart at 11:10 a.m.

• Somers Middle School: 11:30 a.m.

• Somers Intermediate School: Noon. 

All buses will run on snow routes. There will be no out of district transportation.
