The outbracket round of the Class AA and Class A playoffs took place Wednesday and several area teams advanced to the first round on Friday.
In Class AA, No. 14 Ossining blew out Lincoln, 71-44. The Pride will travel to No. 3 Mahopac on Friday.
Greg Scacchi and Jack Hewitts 15 points each were not enough for the Raiders as No. 19 Scarsdale lost in the final moments to Clarkstown North, 68-66.
In Class A, No. 19 Harrison defeated Walter Panas, 50-48, behind Coby Lefkowitzs 19 points. The Huskies will face No. 3 Eastchester on Friday.
John Jay won at Somers, 59-48, as Matt Ferentini scored a game-high 23 points. The Indians will face No. 2 Peekskill on Friday.
No. 12 Rye defeated No. 21 Ardsley, 52-37, to set up a rematch at No. 5 Byram Hills on Friday. Rye defeated the Bobcats in both meetings this season.
