There was a strong showing of players representing the Edge -- High Performance Junior Tennis Academy -- from Saw Mill Club in Mount Kisco at the recent USTA L2 tournament at TI in White Plains. Seeded third in the Boys 12 age group, Edge player Marko Arboleda of Mount Kisco was victorious in the 32 draw event outlasting top seed Mathew Lieu of Greenwich 4-1, 4-2. It was Marko's fifth match in the tournament and earned him the Winners trophy.

The Edge also shone in the boys 14 age group, with five Edge players in the 16 draw event. The final came down to Jacob Miller of Chappaqua beating his Edge compatriot Jeremy Tetenman of Bedford Hill 6-3, 6-4 both of whom were unseeded.

Meanwhile, two Edge girls made it a 4 Winners Trophy weekend: Ellie Margolin of Armonk won the Girls 14 L1B at Sportime Harbor Island and Olivia Ashton of Pleasantville won the Girls 16 L1B at Alley Pond.
