SOMERS, N.Y. - Over the course of the last six years, the Somers High girls soccer team has reached the sectional championship game five times, winning four sectional titles and one state championship (2014) along the way.

The Tuskers, who have complied a remarkable record of 52-0-2 over the last three years, had just wrapped up a 4-0 victory over neighbor Lakeland Friday - improving to 10-0-1 on the season - when Daily Voice caught up with Tuskers veteran coach Paul Saia.

Watch the video to see an interview with Saia (who has been with the girls program 15 years, the last three as Head Coach) and Tusker team captains Mary Murphy, Melina Couzis, Jenna Menta and Ciara Ostrander about the season so far, and goals the team is setting for itself.
