A woman fatally struck her daughter with her car in Philadelphia's Crescentville neighborhood on Wednesday evening, May 8, the police told Daily Voice. A 19-year-old man was shot to death in West Oak Lane on Wednesday afternoon, May 8, Philadelphia police say.
