Motor vehicle crashes on I-684 and the Taconic State Parkway caused delays during the Tuesday morning commute.

The I-684 crash, on the southbound side, occurred at Hardscrabble Road (Exit 8), with traffic backed up to I-84 (Exit 9). It was reported at 8:15 a.m.

The Taconic crash, reported at 8:30 a.m., was northbound in Red Hook near Rout 199.
