SOMERS, N.Y. -- The Somers Library has added several new teen events for the month of December:

  • Life Size Game of CLUE for Teens: Saturday, Dec. 5, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Was it Colonel Mustard in the Billiard Room with a Lead Pipe? Or was it Miss Scarlet in the Conservatory with a Dagger? Help solve this fun, life-sized ‘murder’ mystery. This program is intended for teens/tweens in grades 6 -12. Registration is required.
  • Anime Nights: One Friday a month through June from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Program Room. Watch anime from Crunchyroll on a big screen TV. It meets on Dec. 18, Jan. 29, February 26, March 18, April 8, May 6, and June 3. This program is for teens in the 7th grade and up.
  • SAT Practice Exam: Revised version: Saturday, Dec. 19, 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Why take a free Kaplan practice test? A practice test is one of the best ways to get ready for the real thing.
