Bernstein, who was stopped by police on Route 100 for speeding, provided a positive breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .16 percent, state police said. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Somers Court on Dec.5.
- Christina Cerutti, 22, of Garrison, for DWI, a misdemeanor. Troopers stopped the vehicle Cerutti was operating on Myers Corners Road for an equipment violation. He provided a breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of .15 percent, police said, and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court on Dec. 1.
- Carmelo Masotto, 65, of Washingtonville, for DWI, a misdemeanor. He was charged following a traffic stop conducted on the Sprain Brook Parkway and provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .15 percent, state police said. Masotto was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Greenburgh Court on Nov. 29.
- Lawrence E. Phillips, 50, of Rye, for aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Subsequent to a one-car property damage auto collision that occurred on the Taconic State Parkway, he supplied police with a breath sample yielding a BAC of .18 percent and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Dec. 1. state police said.
- Ricardo Chavez Ramirez, 27, of Purdys, for DWI, a misdemeanor. Troopers stopped Chavez Ramirez on Route 202 for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust. He then provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .14 percent and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Somers Court on Nov. 28.
- Lisa Martin, 47, of Peekskill, for DWI, a misdemeanor. Martin was stopped the vehicle she was operating on Route 9 for failing to maintain her designated lane of travel. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear in the City of Peekskill Justice Court on Nov. 28.
- Jose Santiago, 44, of Beacon, for aggravated DWI, a felony. Troopers stopped Santiago on Schenck Avenue for failing to maintain his lane of travel, state police said. Santiago was charged with Felony DWI due to a previous DWI related conviction from 2014. Santiago provided a breath sample revealing a BAC of .19 percent and is due to appear in the City of Beacon Court on Nov. 28.
- Kevin M. O’Gorman, 54, of Brewster, for DWI, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. O’Gorman was stopped by police on Route 22 for failing to maintain his designated lane. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated and possessed cocaine at the time of the stop, state police said. He provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .15 percentand was directed to appear in the Town of Pawling Court on Dec. 1.
- Jorge Mendez-Vasquez, 40, of Dover, for DWI, a felony. Mendez-Vasquez was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop conducted on Route 22 for a traffic violation. He defendant provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .14 percent, state police said. He was charged with Felony DWI due to a prior DWI related conviction from within the previous 10 years. Mendez-Vasquez was arraigned in the Town of Southeast Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail on $3,500 cash bail.
- Jaime Davila, 50, of Mahopac, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Subsequent to a traffic stop conducted on Route 6, Davila provided a breath sample that yielded a BAC of .14 percent, state police said, and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southeast Court on Dec. 6.
- Mario Mota Magno, 26, of Dobbs Ferry, for DWI, a misdemeanor. Mota Magno was charged after troopers were dispatched to assist a disabled motorist on I-684. Mota Magno, who was operating the disabled vehicle, provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .12 percent, state police said. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of North Castle Court on Dec. 6.
