Norwalk Police To Crack Down On Cars With Illegal, Loud Exhaust Systems

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department will be cracking down on vehicles and motorcycles with illegal and excessively loud exhausts in response to numerous complaints in both South Norwalk and East Norwalk.

The Traffic Unit and Patrol Division will be conducting selective enforcement of these types of violations in designated areas throughout the city in an attempt to improve the quality of life and to enforce motor vehicle laws.
