The Easter Bunny Hops To Congers To Help The Blind, Visually Impaired SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. --  The Association for the Visually Impaired (AVI) will host its second annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" on Saturday, April 8, at Bella Gianna's (Formerly Romolo's) in Congers. A hot buffet breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For the guests' comfort, there will be two seatings: 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The cost is $20 per adult; $12.50 for children ages 3 -12; it's free for children under the age of 3.
