MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Ohra Yoga is launching a five-week intensive yoga teacher training session, beginning March 2, at Saw Mill Club in Mount Kisco.
The three-and-a-half month long program will meet two to three weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
There will also be a summer session in July and a fall session in October.
